Perhaps grief is like battle
Your body instincts take over, you harden your insides ,prepare for the agony of a shredded heart.
And when it hits . It hurts
But not as badly ,because you locked away your weakness and all that is left is anger and strength
This battle never ends. Thanks for the poem, it reverberates.

If you see me accidentally unfollow and then follow, it’s my ditzy fingers!
I really like this one… it sums up the grief process I feel regarding my abusive mother

It’s no bother 😅 I have ditzy fingers myself .
I dont know whether to say I’m sorry she passed or I’m sorry you had to endure 🥺 but I will say that you’re strength clearly shows, mainly in your work . Thank you for reading ❤
